We have come here several times in hopes just once someone would get the order correct. No, I ordered a single bacon cheeseburger which the cashier said automatically comes with American cheese yellow, pickles, ketchup, mustard. My husband ordered a cheeseburger plain! It was on the slip as plain as day what we wanted! Again, my burger was made WRONG! As I started eating it, wondered why it was dry and tasteless! Last evening went through drive thru for 2 blizzards, turtle & heath. Got home & the heath had the Carmel instead of the turtle! Employees need to pay attention.
I will never visit the DQ on Elwood rd New castle pa again. They put the order behind me on my gift card. Manager was working pickup window handed me 2 sundays I said I didn’t order Sunday she said I had to take them because I touched them I had to repeat my order and wait .
