I’ve always had good experiences, never had any problems with orders or food. I wish the pizza was a lil more hotter for todays order but it was still warm when picked up 20 mins after ordering. Paid $19.06 for 1 large and 1 medium pizza. Under $20 bucks is not bad for 2 pizzas anymore. Medium was cheese and large was pepperoni and cheese. I wish there was more cheese or that it would be gooier. Bread taste fresh and fluffy, but not enough cheese that wasn’t stretchy as preferred. But I would order again because the service is always good, problem-free.

Don't order anything form this pizza shop
BAD customer service, BAD phone service..
always getting orders wrong cant hear you and they don't repeat it so to make correct changes..
just makes it easier to order from somewhere else
if i could give them a no star i would .

The prices are amazing and the customer service was even better definitely will be back soon! The cheese pizza was thick and airy and the BBQ chicken pizza was also a good choice too. Definitely didn't need the chocolate chip pie, but another good choice for dessert. They said it's even better with a scoop of ice cream! Thank you!

I look forward to getting my pizza here. Besides tasting delicious, the customer service is exceptional. It makes me feel so good when I walk in and they know my name and what I'm going to order (12 slice pizza with pepperoni) and they even bring it out to my car. Guess I'll have to surprise them and order one of their sub sandwiches which I've heard are delicious, too!

Very bad service. Had a delivery and they got the order wrong. They forgot a few things and this isn't the first time. Will not be ordering from them anymore. Very disappointing.

100% the best pizza place in newcastle. Used to order the chicken sub when u worked at carter lumber. I live in florida right now. I would give anything for one of their subs. I would litterally order one and have it shipped down here if I could. Love this

Philly Steak Stromboli delicious and the customer service is excellent the staff is always kind and courteous. The delivery is also fast.
