Fourstar Pizza & Fresh-Baked Subs

4 star? Should be 5, what was initially an elevated experience turned into 5 star white glove service. We've been looking for a solid pizza place around these parts of New Castle for awhile. The one biggest down side is not offering wings. This place does. Thankfully the owner accommodated that for us within the last 10 mins of being open. Just bit into the pizza and wings and man it's definitely a great time. Thank you 4 star. I mean... 5 star. We'll be back again soon.
Prices were beyond reasonable. Go to 4 star pizza they are great.

The subs are always fresh! Best baked subs I've had! Affordable too! Steak and Italian subs are my favorite.

the worker at the front backed out of one of my coupons on my phone that was time sensitive and one time use - so it was deleted & then they wouldn’t honor it. by the end of the conversation she was yelling at me and not letting me get a word in? weird.

always getting orders wrong cant hear you and they don't repeat it so to make any changes.
Just makes it easier to order from somewhere else

Not too pleased with them after I called in for DELIVERY for 530 and after we were waiting around my husband called after 6 and whoever he spoke to was rude as hell, telling him that I said I wanted carry out when I remembered telling the guy i wanted delivery and even gave him my address for it. So after they got off the phone after she said they have no slip here for any deliveries and that it's been here waiting for us to pick up, they called us again and some other lady who is so nice told my husband that they magically found my slip and whoever I spoke to never forwarded it to them to make it and delivery it. Well when they finally did decided on bringing it to us it wasn't that great. Barely any sauce on what my husband ordered and the pizza was over cooked. I never had any complaints about this place til now. Should of just stuck to who we always go to and never have any problems with. People there need to work on their attitudes when dealing with people. Also that guy I dealt with it sounded like it was a bother that I wanted to pay with credit cause apparently he couldn't handle it and handed the phone to someone else. How pathetic. Well I'm done ordering from here. Never again.

UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!! This place is awful. Stole my money after I BOUGHT a code for a free pizza… said they weren’t associated with the website but it had their address and name of business. They were extremely rude and wouldn’t honor the coupon and the owner was standing there watching the whole time.

I’ve always had good experiences, never had any problems with orders or food. I wish the pizza was a lil more hotter for todays order but it was still warm when picked up 20 mins after ordering. Paid $19.06 for 1 large and 1 medium pizza. Under $20 bucks is not bad for 2 pizzas anymore. Medium was cheese and large was pepperoni and cheese. I wish there was more cheese or that it would be gooier. Bread taste fresh and fluffy, but not enough cheese that wasn’t stretchy as preferred. But I would order again because the service is always good, problem-free.

The prices are amazing and the customer service was even better definitely will be back soon! The cheese pizza was thick and airy and the BBQ chicken pizza was also a good choice too. Definitely didn't need the chocolate chip pie, but another good choice for dessert. They said it's even better with a scoop of ice cream! Thank you!
