One of the best places to eat in New Castle!! We LOVE the Friday fish, but the burgers are amazing, too!! Nice that there is a side room if you have a larger group or prefer a bit more quiet.

Kelly's Side Door Tavern is a cozy Irish-themed pub with plenty of TVs, making it a great spot to catch a game. The menu features delicious dishes like Reuben Tots and Chicken Parmesan sandwiches, and the burgers are amazing. They also have a Friday fish special, with battered cod and cod with shrimp, and the huge pieces of cod were fried to perfection. The loaded chicken salad is a must-try, with generous toppings and meat. The ranch is homemade! The friendly and attentive wait staff provide excellent service, and the owner himself was attentive. There is a side room if you have a larger group or prefer a bit more quiet. While parking can be a bit crowded, the atmosphere is lively and enjoyable, making it well worth a visit.
