Ordered 2 small raviolis and 1 large ravioli and an order of penne pink. Took my clients their 2 orders of small ravioli and when I got home opened what was supposed to be my large ravioli and it’s cavatelli which I am not a fan of. Called the restaurant back numerous times with no answer. My first time to order and got the wrong order and spent $72 and a dinner I won’t touch and no answer on the phone from the restaurant. Displeased.
The staff is extremely rude. It’s unfortunate because the food is good but everyone is rude. We stopped going for about two years because of the staff and finally decided to go back yesterday. Stood at the door waiting for a table for 12 minutes before someone even spoke to me. When I told him there was 7 people, he said “we have nothing you have to go somewhere else” and walked away. There was a line of people behind me who also heard him and they even said it was uncalled...read full review
Used to love this place!! Waited at door in line for 20 minutes.. no big deal.. wasn’t addressed, or told someone would be with me or anything… no big deal.. others walked in after me.. addressed and seated…ok starting to wonder.. received phone call of the people in my party that couldn’t get in the door..
