Used a coupon and they charged a different higher amount to my bank than the receipt says, and the food was freezing cold, not even slightly warm, cold meat, the corn was grey and looked rotten, and the tomatoes also looked slimy and rotten,Not worth getting food poisoning to eat there

Traveling through on a 10-hour trip, needed something. Spicy Leroy was great, not over spicy. Same size and portions as every other burrito place (the tortillas only come in a few sizes). Way better tasting than Taco Bell or Chipotle.
Advice: 4 workers, 1 customer at 2:30 on a Thursday. Not an equation for success, Good Luck

If I could give 0 stars, i would. Went in at 8:20. Online & sign on the door said open until 9. A lot of the food items were already pulled from the bar. We ordered 2 burritos, with chicken. Chicken was COLD, old and gross. Employees were more worried about closing up than providing quality food & service. Pretty sure we were overcharged--but wasn't given a reciept to even confirm that. Will not be back. Do not recommend. 0/10.

Good and friendly service but the bowls are heavy on the rice and skimpy on the meat and other toppings. Go to Chipotle if you want a better balance.

Food is good, but the uncharged for literally everything when a bowl is already 11 dollars for some rice, a little bit of chicken, steak, or both, and beans plus veggies. But ask for a little more sour cream than their small amount they use, and it's we have to charge you 60 cents, and it's like that for almost everything except rice, beans, and lettuce. If you get a chicken and steak bowl with extra sour cream and guacamole, you're looking at 15-16 bucks. They are also uncharged for steak. I get that it's more expensive, but it shouldn't be uncharged if you want a steak bowl. 11 dollars for the amount of steak they put on is sufficient. But 16 dollars for barely anything extra is crazy.
Vegetarian options: Most everything is vegetarian except the meat of you choose meat. Other than that, it's all vegetables.

It's a shame that I have to give a 1 star review, as I have enjoyed hothead in the past. But my most recent visit was far from superb. Placed an online order at 7:45 went to pick it up when it was ready at 8:20. They seemed like they were more interested in closing early than providing good service. This location closes at 9, but as soon as I grabbed my order the lights were off. I got home and my bowls were missing ingredients I asked for online, and the food / rice seemed old , and not fresh. It's a shame to say b3cause I usually choose hothead, but if this keeps up the Chipotle they are building down the road will put this location out of business. Disgusting.
