My bf and I both got burritos but two different people made them. I got a literally pinch of meat and he got two big heaps of meat. When we got to check out he asked me why mine was so small bc the person who did mine ripped me off big time. $13.20 to be ripped off and his was $12.25, 2 times the size of mine. I worked all day and didn’t eat or get a break so I treated myself and got ripped off. They need to teach proper portions sizes bc I was extremely angry and disappointed!!!

Almost 13 bucks for a chicken bowl with like 6 little chunks of chicken. $3.95 for extra chicken. You would think they are counting how many beans and kernels of corn they put on too. Don't ask for a little bit more either, you'll get that look...then make it a meal deal, and find out after you pay, no ice in the whole building. This place was awesome when it was new. Not so much anymore. Very disappointed.

The staff at this location act very rude and entitled to the customers. I am a regular customer of Hot Heads, but I may not be anymore. The attitudes I received from each and every staff member were ridiculous. You don't expect a nasty attitude when you are going out to eat. You want to be treated with respect and that is absolutely not the case at this location. Sad too because the food here is good.

I ordered the new Southwest steak bowl chips salsa my bowls had so much sauce it couldn't be enjoyed all u taste is spicy sauce nothing else and my salsa doesn't take right
I got food from here for the first time. The place looks clean, the staff is friendly as well as well as interactive. I paid just under $25 for a burrito and a burrito bowl. I will certainly be heading back.

Hotheads have really good burritos, huge and filling. I bought the spicy one with Cheetos ( Cheetos flaming hot). It was really good. It's pricey but very worth it. I will definitely return.

Couple times that I've been here it was alright but tonight went to stop in around 9pm to get food and I was being treated by getting the door locked before I could enter. If you guys close at 9pm then update Google so everyone knows what time you guys actually close.
