I would give 5 stars if we had shay as a waitress(she was leaving as we pulled in) yesterday when we went around 1. They were not even busy (maybe 5-6 tables with people) and food took forever to get out and didn’t even bring syrup for my boyfriend when he got pancakes. Shouldn’t have to ask for it. He wanted more water and pop but she barely came near table. Kept apologizing. When we were there a few ago and they were much busier we had shay and it was a good experience. We ask for her every time if she’s working.

We had good breakfasts.Waitress Ashley was helpful.

Had a late lunch.... early dinner food is ALWAYS good there Becky my server was very attentive and nice.... she ALWAYS is Thank You Have a safe and Happy New Year

Shay is the ultimate professional. Working short handed, she’s always smiling and never stops. Never complained. Would sit in her section again!

We came to New Castle to see about our Aunt. Ms. Shay was Sweet and Very nice to us. The food was great and the prices were reasonable. This will be our go to place when we come back to visit.

When my mom and I go to kings for dinner we always have shay as our waitress. She makes it feel so much like family. She is always smiling and never gets our order wrong. She always know what we want to drink. She makes kings awesome and amazing. We honestly go there because of shay

My family and I frequent kings regularly, we always request Shay as our server. She is PHNOMINAL! We never worry about running out of drinks, napkins or a friendly smile

Great service (Thank you, waitress Sara.) Had Cobb salad. Larry had large with French dressing. I had a small Cobb salad and their tremendous Broccoli Cream soup ... my favorite. Coffee with Turner's cream cups and/or milk. Clean. Friendly. Helpful. Food is fresh and good.

There was a Steeler’s game coming on so the crowd was very light when we got there. We were seated immediately and the server was friendly and quick.

Amazing food and an even better server. Shay was absolutely amazing. Friendly, fast and very knowledgeable of the menu items. She is amazing. We'll be back just to see her.

Food was good. Had one of the most interesting sandwiches. The MORNING, NOON & NIGHT MELT. I will eat there again.

My kids enjoy Kings, I used to. The past few visits have been increasingly worse each time we go. Inconsistent service, management not on the floor and cooks can be heard complaining throughout the dining area. Our food sat for quite a while, long enough to toast dry my bun on my burger and dry out the top of my boys mac and cheese. I never send back food, if you can't see a quality issue before it gets to your customer, why would I allow a remake? Will I be a target for retaliation? Sad world we live in, no thanks. I think it's time to move on from Kings in New Castle.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant in New Castle. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Servers are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in town.
