My son and I went there last Sunday 11/09 for breakfast. Never felt so unwelcome anywhere in my life. Service sucked. Never came to ask how the food was or if we needed anything else as every other restaurant has always done. Just came with the bill and took my plate and cup. On the up side the food was pretty good but the omelet was pretty small. Felt like I wasted $45 that morning.
The food is extremely over priced for what you get. I got the breakfast snack wraps this morning and they were literally 2 inches by 1 inch. Barely anything inside of them. It’s ridiculous that they want $12 for that.

I have been here twice and come from Ohio area. The prices are way too high for this type of Restaurant. I went for breakfast and the coffee was served in a coffee pot on the table which would be fine, but I drink decaf and it didn't have any taste. I can get same menu food in Ohio or the South where I originally just moved from. I think New Castle needs some competition on Restaurants that serve breakfast food and dinner prices are not cheap either. The waitress was very good and atmosphere seemed fine.

Had brunch there today. Our waitress had awesome energy! Food was delicious. Prices were reasonable. Wait time was decent. When we were finished, they even offered us to-go cups and refills for our drinks! When checking out at the front, I realized I wanted a sweet treat as my partner was already signing the receipt and they let me have it on them! The pumpkin muffin was great and all of the staff were so pleasant to be around and talk to! 10/10 the experience made me reconnect with my faith in humanity :)

Wanted to try a new place and gave Mama Janes a go. Don't judge a book by its cover. Curb appeal wasn't anything to write home about, but upon entering the restaurant, it was clean and welcoming. Staff were friendly. We were seated immediately and service was quick. Many options to choose from and breakfast served all day. We both had a special of the day and no complaints at all. Food was served hot and had great flavor. Prices reasonable. Easy parking. It's not close to home for us, but would definitely come back!

Restaurantji Recommends
Slowest service I have received any where in the area. Unacceptably slow for a half full restaurant. Must not be paying staff enough to stick around...

First of all I want to say this was our first time. Our waitress Shea was absolutely fabulous, I just wished the food would have matched her personality!l Her ability to serve was wonderful she was on top of everything. Never had to track her down once! I highly recommend asking for her if you’re able. Now onto the food, it was ok nothing great about it. I ordered breakfast and it was not hot only room temp and the sausage links were like a raw taste, the hash browns weren’t bad but I only got one egg but was supposed to get two( weird) but the prices were really high considering the amount of food that was provided. I’m glad I tried it. I may or may not return in the future. But one thing for sure this restaurant needs to be thankful for the waitress named Shea because she is awesome! So thank you Shea for being a wonderful server!

Stopped in for lunch for first time and we did not regret it! We both ordered the turkey dinner with mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, green beans, a cup of cranberry sauce and a dinner roll. Everything was delicious! Tender chunks of white turkey breast over a bed of tasty stuffing-covered with a thick and flavorful gravy. The green beans were flavored with garlic and seasoning and made a delicious side. As if we weren’t full enough-we decided to go for dessert-carrot cake and chocolate cake-both were delicious but the carrot cake was exceptionally good. Very clean, quiet and calm atmosphere with nice decor with some remaining furnishings from the old Stone Arch restaurant-which was nice to remember. Our server was very nice and helpful. A very nice place to dine!
