May's is perfect. The donuts are as good as ever. And the staff was so incredibly kind and sweet. There's no better place to grab a donut in the country.

The large short older women working on Saturday (6/15) was rude and I heard her racial slur as I walked out. We were kind, even when you weren't. We won't be back!

Best donuts anywhere. Made fresh every day and the cases are nearly empty when it's close to closing time.

My brother was visiting from Maryland we stopped in and got him a dozen to take home
The donuts are fair priced.. giant cinnamon rolls and blueberry available certain days. The service...a beautiful thing!
Really should come down and talk to Peggy she worked at the May‘s donuts for many years downtown New Castle it was on E. Washington St. she made me a fresh pot of coffee asked me if I had the time to wait for a fresh pot of coffee and I did so we chatted a while did not get a donut because I’m not really much of a donut eater The coffee was good
Donuts were good, but customer service was terrible. The lady behind the counter was rude and acted as if we were wasting her time. We were visiting from out of state and definitely will not go back to this location again when we come back. JoNell Lutes
