I work at a different location and we clean our fountain drink machines every night at close. lobby and drive through! yet every time i order a sprite or water there is an after taste, that only occurs when the dispenser isn’t being wiped down. this has been going on for months (which makes this even more gross) to the point i avoid this location at all costs, which sucks because this is the closest to my house. if this store is ok with ignoring such a simple easy procedure i can’t imagine what other difficult protocols this store ignores. anyways i hope my honest review encourages you to clean your drive thru drink machine at least once a week. :)

This place sucks I came here one day hamburger over cooked they forgot my fry cokes been out for months employees disrespectful bathroom nasty there was a vapeoriser in the toilet and there was fecal stain on wall never coming here again

Very dirty place. Looks like no one ever cleans. Also tired of never getting sauces when your recite says X amount of sauces. Then when you ask for the sauces they give you bare minimum and walk away as if your bothering them. Just put the sauce in the bag so I don't have to ask.
Was getting my order taken and I was half way there and the lady said your total is…. But I wasn’t done so I pulled around and then I saw her to busy in her phone and didn’t even ask me if I was done with my order.

If I could, I would give a -10 on thos location! I call ahead at 9:45 to place an order for 10:30 because I do not have an "APP" , I get here, orfer is NOT ready and I end up waiting for almost 10min for food that SHOULD HAVE already been ready 1??? Thos location is HORRIBLE!!! Every time I come here it's WAIT-WAIT-WAIT!! Im going to start got to the Shenago location from here on out!!!

Ordered on the mobile app and when I got to the store the drive thru employee asked me if I wanted steak or bacon on my sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle then when I said I order a sausage 1 they got very unprofessional and caused a scene when I said I wanted what I ordered or a refund they became very hostile and argumentative honestly very sad about the whole thing as a former employee of this McDonald's management needs to stop acting as friend tord there employees !???
