It’s March 25 2025, we walk in lady asks us how many I said 4 she says seat yourself we sit in first round booth to the right . It was dirty needed washed off. People that came in behind us had a waitress as soon as they sat down we sat for 20 min . No one acknowledged us there I table wash no drinks no silverware nothing we waited . two waitresses walking around totally ignored us . We got up and left I did tell the lady at the register that we waited to long and still didn’t get service we . We left you need to seat your patrons and acknowledge them .

My husband and I went to try this place for the first time today, it was not busy at all, we went around 4:30ish, we were told to seat ourselves so we chose a booth, we sat there for more than 1/2 an hour before someone asked us what we would like to drink, supposedly not our waitress, there were 2 other couples and a family that came in after us that were waiting on and had gotten their drinks and food, the one girl who was not our waitress kept looking at us, the other one who supposedly was just kept walking past out table and did not even acknowledge us , I finally got fed up, now this is an hour after we had gotten there, I tried to be patient because “they are short staffed” went over to pay for our drinks and proceeded to tell them how upset we were with the whole experience, the one girl was rude and became argumentative with me and told the other girl to handle this because she was supposedly our server.. we walked out pissed off and hungry cause well, we never got waited on.. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!! Wondering if it had anything to do with the t-shirt I was wearing…??? Can you guess what it said…

I went there for dinner the other day and saw an unoccupied host stand. I stood there not knowing what to do because the sign said “wait for hostess to seat you.” Another sign said “please be patient we’re understaffed.” After being tired of waiting for 5 minutes for a hostess that never came, I went to the bar which was filled with people.
Their understaffing problem became completely visible as they had only 1 bartender and only 1 maybe 2 food runners for a room full to the brim with people. I sat that the bar and the bartender took my order. She was very short and rude but honestly at that point I wasn’t blaming her and didn’t think that was normal, anybody would be if they had to deal with at least 30 customers pretty much alone.
I ordered a burger just meat and bun, fries, fried pickle chips, and a Dr. pepper. The burger came out without a bun and when I said they’d gotten the order wrong, the bartender accused me of playing a prank and saying I was messing with them. No apology after she realized I wasn’t lying. That’s how I knew she wasn’t just exasperated from dealing with all these customers alone.
After giving me the correct burger, the patty reminded me of Bob Evans or of the cosmic rays restaurant at Disney world, a flavorless thin precooked way overcooked patty. The fries and pickle chips were good nothing special. The burger bun was huge and way too big for the burger that was no thicker than about 3 nickels, the quarter pounders at McDonald’s are larger and these burgers are advertised as 1/3rd.
They had the audacity to charge 18 dollars for that. Will never be back.

Staff is always friendly and helpful, food has been great so far and the atmosphere (and staff) should lift anybody’s spirits. The place is buzzing in a good way. If I’m not getting wings, I usually grab a burger or a Parkstown 300.

The Parkstown restaurant had good food at a decent price. The portions were on the smaller side. The Wedding soup was good, a little salty. I enjoyed the grilled cheese sandwich. My parents had fish dinners. I would eat here again if I was passing through.
