Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Walked in on 7/17/25 around 4 pm asked for 3 piece spicy chicken meal.I was told could not have that. One of the employees at the counter, stated the chicken is old, can't serve it.. As the chicken I wanted would take 15 minutes or more. I love Popeyes spicy chicken red beans n rice biscuits and honey mashed potatoes with spicy gravy. I lived in Louisiana. So disappointed in the fact they new the spicy chicken was old seamed they didn't care. I wonder how many others before Me asked. Possible they just ordered something they didn't want as the spicy chicken was old. I went to Wendy's got a good burger and some tasty chili was good. Really rather had some Popeyes. But.........

Horrible Popeyes location. Spent $60 on 3 meals and only got 4 sauces had to charge my card another $1.60 for 2 extra sauces. Over priced franchise that tries to get every cent out they customers. Won’t be back 🤷🏾‍♂️

They wanted to charge me $5 for a medium drink.. Yes, you read that right!! We also waited 30 minutes in the drive thru to get our food and spent $60 with them just for them to tell us we could only get 2 sauces with our order… RIDICULOUS

Stopped by the Popeyes in New Castle and it didn’t disappoint. The wings were hot, crispy, and hit perfectly with that fresh Sweet N’ Smokey Chipotle sauce—bold flavor with just the right kick. Service was solid and dependable like always. Great stop when you’re craving something flavorful and fast.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Popeyes. It took 20 minutes just to place my order, and then another 10 to get our food. My food was cold, and they forgot some items from our order, even though we were the only ones inside. There were only two workers during lunch, which clearly wasn't enough. I left feeling really unsatisfied and won't be returning anytime soon.

Restraint was clean. We went in to order and it took almost 20 minutes to order but we were the only ones in the building. Food took another 15 minutes. Was charged for 1 sauce pack. Fries were cold and disappointing, they also forgot our biscuits.

That spicy chicken sandwich is the best chicken you'll get around the area, not the best all around but for the area it's in great food.

Unique experience. First we were the only patrons in the place (should have taken a hint). Chicken tenders are literally all breading with no meat inside. If this product is served at all locations, then Popeyes should be ashamed of this expensive product, I will call false advertisement. I'll leave it at that. Choose another option!!!

Parking: Outside of Newcastle. However of places I tried the chicken had pink meat. Not sufficiently cooked for me to be comfortable with.
