If I don’t post this my mom’s going to kill me she’s reminded me like 10 times since yesterday 😂 but here I am! Yesterday we tried this Popeyes in New Castle. My mom wanted a large red beans and rice, so we ordered through the drive-thru. The guy at the window asked to confirm just the red beans and rice try some more Popeyes and I joked, “I will if you add something for free,” and he just went “ohhhh”...
We came in for our 8 piece spicy chicken and got impatient with the young man when he said it’d be a 9 minute wait . I even called him stupid, which I’m sorry for. He never got upset, just apologized to us over and over, explained they were making a fresh batch of spicy chicken, and even told us the 9 piece family meal was a better deal. He gave me my favorite sauces and also coupons and was very polite and sweet !!! Such a sweetheart. We got our chicken hot...
Employees are always really nice an helpful an we always order our sandwiches with extra pickles an no mayonnaise an they’re correct every time so we come here all the time
