Placed an order online for delivery at 4:24pm had to call the store at 6:10 to see why I never received my food the woman that answered the phone was very rude she told me couldn't help me and that I was more than welcome to come up and get my food I said it will be cold she says yes I said well can I have a refund Im not paying almost 100.00 for cold food that I waited two hours to be delivered she says I have to call the 1800 number so I called them and they don't work on the weekends so I couldn't get a refund so I emailed them and never heard anything back. My food ended up getting picked up at 6:45 and the driver got lost on the way to my house so I didn't get my food till 7:15 and it was a birthday meal for my grandmother I will never recommend this place also the serving sizes of the food were so small compared to other places I have ordered stay away from this place unless u want to be disappointed. Also my mothers steak was not even cooked it was still purple and blue inside.

Outdated furniture and just dirty, 3-heater broken in the restaurant had to wear my jacket the whole time because of how cold it was in there , the salad bar food looked like it was crawling with bacteria And had been sitting out for days🦠we ordered 2 steak dinners and no joke everything was dripping with grease, steaks were rare and full of fat with hard baked potatoes and greasy zucchini. The waiter was so kind but the food and atmosphere was the absolute worst !

Food was excellent with ribs always fall off the bone good. Server was very attentive checking often to be sure everything was good. You must try the chocolate chip dessert made with premium ice cream on a warm cookie and drizzled with chocolate syrup.

We were looking for something different in the New Castle area, so we decided to try Ruby Tuesdays. We sat at the bar to watch football and had great service from Kelsey. She was friendly, attentive, and very pleasant. Our cheeseburgers & fries were great and cooked to perfection. The salad bar was very cold, fresh and crisp. Atmosphere was comfortable, restaurant area and restrooms were clean. All of the staff was very pleasant and friendly, speaking when they walked by. 5 🌟 Experience at New Castle Ruby Tuesdays

We had a great night, I had the NY strip stake and garlic shrimp and my boyfriend had the triple platter with the babyback ribs, steak and shrimp. The steaks were cooked how we requested, the ribs were AMAZING, and the shrimp was all properly cooked and delicious. Our waiter Shamar was amazing, very personable and funny, he made the whole night worth it! I'll definitely make it a point to return to this location, it was an overall great experience!

My wife and I stopped in for a late lunch. We had an exceptional dining experience. Our waitress Sally was very attentive to our needs, courteous, energetic, and our visit very pleasant. The food was delicious and delivered to our table fresh out of the kitchen.
Excellent choice, especially on their Tuesday specials where sandwiches and burgers are $6.99. Food is exceptional and the price can’t be beat. Well worth the trip.
