Best thing I can say is DON'T GO HERE!!!! FOOD is awful looks dirty and took forever just to get some ketchup. Sweet tea tasted like sugar water.

Extremely long wait. Salad var was dirty and empty. Plates were dirty and had to ask for new ones. Entree was good but ruined by atmosphere. Seats were tore, and the room was dated. Ceiling tiles were bowing like there was water damage.

Ruby Tuesday's is my favorite restaurant however I've never been to this particular location and it was a big let down I came to the door wasn't sure if I was supposed to seat myself or not step right inside to the salad bar as soon as you come from outside waited waited and waited somebody came out of the back from somewhere said give him a few minutes somebody will be to see us while waiting another customer said if you were smart you would leave now that is my best advice he had said he'd been waiting for 45 minutes to get some ketchup for his hamburger never got it then they see this right in the doorway when there's plenty of other spots available we asked to be moved they promptly moved us The waitress was overwhelmed and overworked I think there was only two on duty. The restaurant had maybe 10-15 tables seated Took forever to get our drinks but once ordered our food did come pretty quickly we were on a time to lunch break which ended up being 15 minutes over power light at lunch time I have never seen a Ruby Tuesday's with this lack of dedication to service and attention to detail let alone the decor was missing you can see from my pictures Ruby Tuesday's always had the most decorated place even the outside of this building is atrocious only by reputation of prior years is this my favorite restaurant this particular location I drove over a half hour away but I will not return their anytime soon I must know our waitress was very nice and you could tell that she was trying hard I was going to say something to her but advice from another told me I better not be too harsh because she's probably just a few minutes away from quitting herself I do know that this is not her fault but it is definitely bad management at this location I don't like to give bad reviews but this deserves it. As for the food nowhere near Ruby Tuesday's standards...

I try to call in an order every other Sunday, I choose to call not order online, because I have a few exceptions to what I don't want. But every time I call it rings 4 or 5 times, then dead silence then a click in my ear. It's impossible to connect with an employee! Been like this for weeks now. Is this deliberate or a system problem?? Don't they want business??

The staff here are nice. I stopped in for quick lunch with a colleague. The building is tired and the interior is dark and worn. I honestly didn’t think this restaurant chain existed anymore.

Waitress was the only good thing there. Was attentive and helpful. Burger was dry ... salad bar was eh and handicap stall had ZERO toilet paper. Never saw another employee but this one waitress. She gets 5 outta 5... Oh booths material is worn and cracking. Please don't AI reply asking me to email my concerns. They are listed. I won't be back so no need for food offers. That waitress needs a raise for all she was doing

Salad bar was horrible. Carrots had some type of film on them. No variety. No fruit. Not a normal salad bar. Should have thrown my cash on the road. What a waste. Will never go there again. Ate at Ruby Tuesday in Dubois, PA on Sunday and had a wonderful experience. Waitress had personality New Castle had a man with no smile or personality. YUK!

Going here for an early dinner was definitely an experience. 8 total tables for the whole place, and we are all sat along the same wall. One server was doing 80% of the work, the manager was helping out and the other server was seen 3 times or so. Food was either black peppered to the moon or contained a large amount of "fake" grill seasoning. My party couldn't wait to get out, which in the restaurant business is exactly the opposite of what you want a customer to feel.

I go to the salad bar at the Newcastle Pennsylvania, Ruby, Tuesdays about two or three times per month. It’s average at best and there are usually several things that they are out of and do not refill. They had a special today for salad bar and a smash burger for $9.99… Except they didn’t have any burgers? How can a restaurant not have burgers? Last time they had no broccoli salad out and this time they did have it but nobody put any dressing on it and it was just broccoli. Only one girl working serving 8 to 10 tables so everything was exceptionally slow.
