We didn't care for their food. Service just ok.
The workers are more concerned about socializing to each other. We waited 45 minutes for our food and it was UNEDIBLE i recommend everybody to never go here again this place is terrible and will never get better

Could tell they were short staff. No hostess. No bar tender. Didn't see a manager. We sat at the bar and took a few minutes for someone to greet us but once Gemini did come over she was very attentive to us, she was also serving tables so no shade to her for taking a few minutes. The food was really good. The service was great. Really appreciate Gemini service.

Waiter was slow, no refill or asking sbout drinks at all. Meal was not correct, didnt check back on us and then when he finally broight the last meal out thay had been a correction the medium rsre steak order was WELL done/burnt.
Would not recommend. We went to the Wendys across the street.

Disappointed. Told after food brought out for others couldn't do an upcharge with meal to upgrade to 12oz steak. So ordered different meal and steak medium rare. Food comes out and steak was well done. No manager came out at any point to apologize or nothing. Ended up going to Wendy's. Won't be back here again.

I NEVER give a bad review unless I couldn't find anything positive. In fact, this is my worst review ever. The salad bar did not have the same, or not even similiar, items as any other RT we had eaten at. The items on the bar were not fresh and you could tell nothing had been put on the salad bar in a while. My wife had Cajun tilapia topped with shrimp and it was marginal...but not something she would ever reorder again.
We saw 3 servers and NEVER saw any of them smile. This must be a MISERABLE place to work. I think there either needs to be a lot of training/retraining from the management all the way thru each associate, or just put the place out of its misery and close it down.
The desk clerk at the hotel we were staying told she had received several similiar complaints recently.

I went in yesterday Morning service was quick and very personable our server Makayla Recommended the beef tip kabobs and they were terrific! my food didn't take long too come out all over a great experience.

Worst restaurant in New Castle, PA. Went there for supper
Waited 15 minutes to be seated and then waited 10 minutes for waiter when only a few people there. Wanted special and they were all out of side potatoes. Then asked for beer and they were all out of draft beers. What a joke! Won’t go back!!

On line order, waited 30+ minutes after expected time & had to ask a few times about it. When brought out, informed only enough shrimp for 1 of 2 meals but no refund of $5 or substitution offered so need to call to request. Kids loved burgers, 7 yr old a little disappointed about forgotten chocolate milk. Kids refused to taste the steak that was more raw than rare, medium rare was equally raw. Baked potatoes ok, a little small, but mashed potatoes had an odd taste that noone wanted to take a chance on. Ribs were very good. I'd like to get my $5 for missing shrimp refunded & it's not an easy online request, hate to go back for $5 that should have been refunded automatically.

I ordered the fish & chips with coleslaw. When my plate came out, it was obvious that the coleslaw & tartar sauce were on the plate under the warmer. Warm coleslaw & tartar sauce are not appetizing. Our server was great & let the kitchen know.

I had written a negative review a few months ago and received a call from the new manager at the New Castle store. She asked me to come back and give them another try. Which I did yesterday afternoon around 5pm. This time the steak was much better than the time before. It actually looked like a steak and not a pancake. I will say they are struggling with staffing. The manager told me they are working on it. So if anything know this going in.
