Every time I get a chicken quesadilla the tortilla is literally hard and old. The meat is only on the middle 2 pieces and there is either no sauce or it is dripping sauce. I keep getting it because when it is good they’re my favorite. Sadly I keep being let down. I stopped at a Taco Bell out of town on my way out of state and on my way back in state and it was perfect. Edit to add, I just got done eating at this Taco Bell. Basically no meat in the end pieces

Honestly, I wrote a super positive review on here but I take back everything I said. Every time I have came here this month it has been straight disappointment. This place does not proportion their food good WHATSOEVER. I ordered my mom 3 Doritos locos tacos with no meat and no tomato’s (meaning only lettuce, cheese, and sour cream since she is a vegetarian) and for the $11.07 that costed me this is what they gave me.. (picture below). I payed $11.07 for THAT and they clearly saw there was no meat. The least they could’ve done was fill it up and they also did not put any lettuce on it… needless to say I am disappointed. They also put no meat in their crunchwraps. Disappointed. This chef needs fired.

No one waits on you. I guess they expect you to order from the key pad. No one even noticed you're in the building they are all talking to each other. After 5 minutes of waiting for a human we left.

So as we waited for our order to be made we seen several customers asking for the rest of their orders. So this prompted us to check ours before leaving. We'll it seemed all there. Get home and find out the extra money to upgrade items was basically stollen as they didn't do any of the upgrades so there for they stole our money. Will not be back to this location. They were all to busy goofing around and gossiping to make people's orders right. ? I only complain when it's just down right bad service and if you tried to say anything they got attitudes about. Yeah not good customer service nor was the food made right. Bad bad bad.

This ppl don't pay atention to customers when we order.. if customer ask for no lettuce, do not out lettuce why? Because person can be allergic to it and if that person eat the food can go to hospital because of ur ppl in line didn't listen. Got a ladie with smarth mouth too ord e a large fries and they give me large box with small mounth of fries I went inside and was quick to say he may eat half inside the car then came inside.. and I said I got money I don't need to do that. Make the orders right and this won't happen..

Glad something is finally open later but staff was very unprofessional and sat for almost a hour waiting on 2 boritos and 2 tacos and they weren't very busy
got a 5 beefy layer burrito was fine . hard taco only wanted meat cheese and sour cream , got no sour cream and had lettuce on it smh, ordered nachos and cheese got the cheese no nachos , steak quesadilla was honestly so cold :((

Rancid, unchanged oil. This is common at Taco Bell. The cinnamon twists had a horrible taste to them. The tacos were okay and the staff was friendly.
