For the third time I ordered, my food was messed up yet again. And when I called the lady fight with me over the phone, stating she was the one who pack my order, and I was wrong. Even as I sat and looked at my order. I was missing a burger and given a regular fry instead of ghost pepper fries. Regular fries were put in the container with no sauce on them. Had a very bad experience at this store thinking about posting experience on Facebook, My daughter and I visited the location above on the date and time shown on receipt above. I specially asked the cashier names Alex that I wanted my order made fresh I didn’t care how long it would take I just wanted all my food cooked hot and fresh. 1 minute after I placed my order they are calling my name. They have a big dining area with a cool fireplace, soft seats and charging ports on the high table area. The service is the fastest ever seen. The staff was actually cleaning the tables.
