Went through the drive through today about 830 this morning and the lady taking our order was extremely pushy and condescending. She also was very rude when we were paying at the first window. Wasn't patient with us even though we were pretty quick to order.

I usually have bad luck in new Castle. Alot of people are not fit to be in customer service. I noticed at the Wendy's on state street, even though our order was hard to comprehend, Mike took our order and after like it was no big deal. He handled everything with ease and very polite. Give Mike a raise, I will keep coming back to this one now.

This rating takes into consideration that this IS a fast food chain. Spicy chicken sandwich is the best of the FFC's and the chili is one I would put along side the big steak house restaurants.

This place needs needs help. I was just in there with my boyfriend waiting to place my order in store. We waiting almost 10mins and they looked at us several times. Not once did anyone say "be with you in a minute" literally looked at us a few times and didn't acknowledge us not once. Your Kurt Cobain look a like looked when my boyfriend said "let's go to Steetz" and still nothing. No care in the world. Here's a tip....stop worrying about all your door dash orders and take care of your customers who are there 1st. Really a disappointment....you definitely need some new employees. You all need some employees a little older who know how to run a store. It just looked like a bunch a clueless people.

I will be avoiding the Union Twp Wendy's in the future. I frequently order here online for pickup to take home after running down for my Walmart pickups. Hard for me to walk into stores always due to a couple medical issues. I waited and pulled up to takeout to tell them I have an online order and was told that I was a Door Dash order and had to come inside. I asked why as I never had before and was told I am Door Dash. I said at this point rather upset that I will try to hobble inside. So I go inside, I use a cane on bad days, and was finally told my order was sitting on a shelf behind me because I was door dash. Rather hard to handle a drink and a bag with a cane. Back at my car I dropped my drink upside down trying to get back in my car - thankfully the lid held. And thankfully I won't be encountering the rude people here again anytime soon. How hard would it have been for someone to grab my order off that shelf and hand it out the window? For the first time here, my food was barely warm when I got home too.

For the third time I ordered, my food was messed up yet again. And when I called the lady fight with me over the phone, stating she was the one who pack my order, and I was wrong. Even as I sat and looked at my order. I was missing a burger and given a regular fry instead of ghost pepper fries. Regular fries were put in the container with no sauce on them. And once again, they didn’t wanna do anything to make it right. I’ve learned my lesson. I will not be ordering from this Wendy’s again. I got so pissed off with the tone and way they were fighting with me that I hung up on them, yes, after I drop some swear words.

Seems a lot of the negative reviews are not related to this location... Just complaining about Wendy's in general or price increases.. which is stupid.I don't love Wendy's, but every few weeks going through new castle I pop in and the staff is incredible. I am picky, so my order is custom... Never screwed it up. Insanely fast service, food always fresh.... Top notch Wendy's
