Clean, Friendly, Fast service, food is usually on point, They used to have the best fries, but now they taste like a salt lick unfortunately. Wish resturants would keep their signature mark, instead of trying to compete with McDonald's. Wendy's food has been proven to be the most authentic out of fast foods and, they don't even run with that fact! Over all this place is good

I ordered a bacon, egg muffin with swiss cheese and extra bacon for $1.80 more. I did not get the extra bacon at all - just 2 or 3 short pieces of bacon. I went to this Wendy's because the one i Union previously gave me sausage instead of bacon. I am getting tired of surprise orders when I get home. This is 2 stars only because this location HAD been good.

I used the bathroom and left. Whole placed smelled disgusting. Closed thing i can think to describe it is rotten raw chicken. Tge floor was very slimy/oily in the bathroom. Looked fairly clean but i left without touching as much as possible. I would not get food here or come back.

No one was taking orders at the register. Waited in drive thru for 10 minutes. Went inside and waited 5 minutes. They are super slow and did not even acknowledge our presence. Service is terrible. Saw 3 of them just staring at the order screen. Asked if anyone was working the register and not one of the 6 people I could see responded. I left.

I had ordered thru the mobile order at 4 and when I got there I was still waiting on my stuff. The girl at the window couldn't be bothered to hand me my son's milk, no one could be bothered to tell me that it would be a couple minutes. Granted there was a line behind me, and when someone finally did decide to come to the window she told me that they are still waiting on my spicy nuggets. I just left. I was already late to getting my son from daycare, maybe get more staff to help. This was a mobile order. Ridiculous.
