I went to this Wendy’s today. The employees were nice and the food was excellent, the only thing is my sprite was a little flat. I don’t mind though ha ha it was still good.😆 My kid got a kids meal and they let my kid switch the toy which was very peachy 🍑. My oldest got a junior baconator meal but said her fries were too salty, but you know, teenagers, they complain about everything LOL. The costumer servers was excellent!

Made the mistake of stopping in this Wendy’s tonight after an hour and a half drive home for a bite to eat. Ordered a Crispy chicken sandwich meal. Get to the window and the bill is $11.01. Hand the young lady a twenty. She gives me my change, a five and all the rest is change. Says real fast, sorry we ran out of ones and before that can register in my mind closes the window and looks down. I choose my battles and figure money is money and move forward because there are cars behind me. Get my order, pull up to the light on Wilmington road reach into the bag to snag a couple of fries and find they are not even luke warm. I should’ve turned around and went in to the store and returned the order but I was tired. I get home nuke the fries open the sandwich take two bites and throw it away. It either sat on the warmer forever or was fried once before. It tasted old. Never ever go back to the Wendy’s on Wilmington Road in New castle. It irritated me so bad I’m up at 3:00am writing this review. Horrible experience!!!!!!!

I went through drive thru ordered a baked potato and the bacon cheeseburger biggie meal. Got the third time in 5 weeks they forgot to put something in my bag. This time it was the bacon cheeseburger and the nuggets were cold and dried out. This is definitely the last time I go there.

Clean, Friendly, Fast service, food is usually on point, They used to have the best fries, but now they taste like a salt lick unfortunately. Wish resturants would keep their signature mark, instead of trying to compete with McDonald's. Wendy's food has been proven to be the most authentic out of fast foods and, they don't even run with that fact! Over all this place is good

I ordered a bacon, egg muffin with swiss cheese and extra bacon for $1.80 more. I did not get the extra bacon at all - just 2 or 3 short pieces of bacon. I went to this Wendy's because the one i Union previously gave me sausage instead of bacon. I am getting tired of surprise orders when I get home. This is 2 stars only because this location HAD been good.
