I had ordered thru the mobile order at 4 and when I got there I was still waiting on my stuff. The girl at the window couldn't be bothered to hand me my son's milk, no one could be bothered to tell me that it would be a couple minutes. Granted there was a line behind me, and when someone finally did decide to come to the window she told me that they are still waiting on my spicy nuggets. I just left. I was already late to getting my son from daycare, maybe get more staff to help. This was a mobile order. Ridiculous.

Food is always fresh! If you do have to wait a little bit it’s because they are making it fresh for you. Also, every time I’ve ever had an even slightly above average wait time, I’ve been given a frosty or drink for my inconvenience. That is customer service. Great place.
