I hadn't been to Bowman's Tavern for several years and was more than pleasantly surprised by the improvement. Although many of the staples remained on the menu, the quality of the preparation was excellent. The menu offered a large number and diversity of choices. The bronzino was superbly seasoned and cooked to perfection. Others in my party greatly enjoyed the venison ragout. The salad ingredients were fresh. The service was outstanding.
Great stop here with friends after a post Christmas walk. Sat at the bar and Christie took care us, great service, drinks and lunch. Have t been. There in many years but will now make it part of my regular rotation
My wife and I went to Bowman’s on Saturday evening. Easy reservation online. Live jazz music which added to the vibe. I had a house salad, filet, and dessert was an affogato. All were excellent. The steak was cooked perfectly. My wife had the bolognese and loved every bite. This was our first time here but we will definitely be back.
