Playhouse Deck Restaurant and Bar at Bucks County Playhouse

I was very disappointed with our table. I was meeting with some family, with one member that is going through cancer treatment. I made this reservation weeks ago, and we were jammed into a table next to us. We couldn't hear a word. It was a definite damper for us

Bought my daughter up to New Hope for the day to see South Pacific at Bucks County Playhouse. Had lunch at Playhouse Deck and it was perfect! Just perfect! Our reservation was for 11:30 (1st seating) from beginning to ending. Alex the host an Talia our Server...both were excellent and wonderful!! Their customer service skills were absolutely on point! A++++ Food: we had potato wedges...these!!!' Omg! Perfect ...perfect crunch on outside, soft on inside . We shared the salmon entree...again perfect last but far from least dessert...Tiramisu...all I can say is Yuummm! I highly recommend The Playhouse Deck. Go, Relax, Enjoy And a great big thank you to Alex & Talia for the perfect beginning to our day! 😁

Loved everything from the atmposhere to the food and our server was excelent. Would not hesitate to return and recommend to others!

The service was very good and the river view was beautiful. Sadly, the food was just average. My burger was ordered medium well and arrived medium rare. Add to that the burgers weren't char grilled and lacked seasoning of any kind. Salt and pepper shakers were not present on any tables. I really wanted to order the scallops but for $36 MP the server said there were 5 fairly small scallops. And they didn't come with rice. The salmon dish was $34 and came with two sides. The restrooms needed serious attention. If we go back to the playhouse we will eat elsewhere.

We ordered Aracini for an Appetizer. Tasted good, buy lukewarm to cool. Did not receive a hot appetizer. The entree of Steak Tacos was not appealing with the fries with a coating & seasoning. Would rather have fries with no seasoning or coating. Like a McDonald's fries. Just plain fries. My husband's hamburger had no taste. The specialty drinks from the bar at $16.00 was very pricey. Out total bill of over $100.00 did not represent a meal worthy of $100.00. Way over priced.

This was my first visit but I will certainly be back. Loved being on the deck overlooking the river and the food and service were excellent

The wait staff and management were very hospitable and accommodating. It was a beautiful day to eat outside by the river as well. A great experience.

The food and service and virw were great and it was a real advantage to be able to work from our seats from the theater right into the restaurant

Really wonderful food, drinks, service and view! The place is beautiful and we came at an off hour so we spent time talking to our server and had a delightful conversation. Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming.

My husband and I came here twice in the last month because we loved it so much. The views are absolutely spectacular and you definitely get your money’s worth for the food and drinks! I highly recommend the Black Cherry Mojito and the nachos!

My wife and I love to go here post show, or this time for some 'dessert' pre-show. Great location. Fantastic views. Open to the public. Proceeds help support the Theater. Ni e spot for a drink/ cocktail in the heart of New Hope.

The ribeye tacos were not slices of ribeye like it says, they ground the meat up! 2 tacos for $24!? These tacos were tasteless, no seasoning. Taco Bell's tacos taste better and are presented better. A waste of money! Bartender and drinks were great but don't eat here! My friend hated her dish as well and sent the first dish back because it looked like catfood scooped onto a piece of lettuce and it was also tasteless. She got a different dish and said that was bland as well. Don't get ripped off go somewhere else to eat before the show at Playhouse.

If you ever need to host a event, I highly recommend the Playhouse. Mary was wonderful to work with and made the planning process so incredibly easy. The food, drinks, and staff were wonderful and made the whole event.
I cannot recommend this place enough.
