We just used the cookie queen for a family wedding. She made us 12 different cookies, 26 pounds worth! Everyone of them was delicious and she was a pleasure to do business with. Very professional, responsive, and pleasant.

Unbelievably unprofessional, she forgot my pick up date even after confirming back to me in writing! Ignored me for 2 days leaving my messages on read (you can see that - she claims she never saw them). I reached out the day prior to pick up and the day of, heard NOTHING back. Not accommodating at all after putting me in this position 3 days before my party with now no favors for my guests…I had to cancel my order and ended up with nothing. Worst experience! 0/10 Would not recommend!
