Absolute horrible customer service from the actual owner of the establishment. He was loud and rude with me about a problem he admitted had never happened before. As management and owner he should have handled it much differently. On principle since he doesn’t understand proper customer service I will no longer give them my business. I will say the staff is not the problem since he hires teenagers, and honestly bless them for working under him it must be difficult.
Great owners and great for the community. Good food always hot, fresh and made to order. Friendly staff and great fountain machine. Don’t live so close anymore but we still make the occasional trip. Keep it up, your customers notice your smiles and hard work
