“Nestled in Burbank, Eat N Park is a phenomenal breakfast spot & is a true hidden gem! Get there early because it does get packed and for good reason! Eat N Park, an Armenian owned restaurant offers a huge breakfast with some lunch additions. This place offers dishes packed with flavor, huge portions and low prices! The omelets are amazing, the Belgian waffles, strawberry crepes fantastic & the pancakes are out of this world!!! And don’t get me started on the biscuits…hands down the best I’ve ever had! My hats off to the chef for cooking comfort food that made me feel like I was at home! The hospitality is beyond amazing! The owners are extremely welcoming and serve as well. They treat everyone as if you were dining in their home! From one Armenian Chef to another Shad Shad shunorhagal em! We will definitely see you again soon!“

If the service were consistently as wonderful as it is with Shay and Tammy, this would easily be a top-rated restaurant! Today felt nostalgic because this is exactly how it used to be. 😌“

Good communication between all the team members. Even the manager was helping out in every department. (Yes it was busy however he didn't have to assist, his team was crushing it.)“

“I was at the Bob Evans in Monroeville on Thanksgiving Day. Waited over 2 hours to get a pick up that was ordered days before. Take out orders were left out in bags on tables for hours. People were furious! one man & a waitress got into a big verbal fight. Swearing at each other. I developed covid symptoms 2 days after being there. Just saying to many people in a small are it not appropriate. I would never recommend going there or picking up food on a holiday.“
