I have yet to have any issues at this location with ordering food and receiving my food. About a week ago I went in to pick up my order. The location had multiple online and in-person orders so I wasn't surprised that my order was taking a bit longer than planned. Sarah was great at communicating the eta with me while I waited. She was very friendly and respectful. I appreciate that she provided an extra ranch to make up for the extended wait. Can't have too much ranch! Lol
Food was fresh as always

Wingstop is a popular restaurant known for its delicious wings and friendly service. Customers praise the staff for their genuine care and the clean, welcoming environment. Many reviews highlight the quality of the food, noting that it is always fresh and flavorful. The wings are available in many flavors, with bone-in wings with a dry rub being a favorite for takeout, as they stay crispier than saucy ones. Some recent flavors like Mexican Street Spice received positive comments for their taste. The restaurant offers a variety of options, including boneless wings and chicken sandwiches, often at good value, such as deals like 20 bone-in wings for $20.
While most experiences are positive, a few reviews mention issues with order accuracy and refunds. One customer faced a problem with a cold, incorrect order and difficulties obtaining a refund, which was eventually resolved after some time. Despite this, many reviewers emphasize that the food remains consistently good and worth returning for. Additionally, the staff's helpfulness and the cleanliness of the restaurant contribute to a pleasant dining experience. Overall, Wingstop is considered a family favorite and a reliable choice for tasty wings and friendly service.
