I was running late for a work meeting. Made a phone call to Dunkin on Oliver Rd. Told them the type of doughnuts I needed & paid right over the phone. I told the lady on the phone what I was driving and I would be going through the drive through for pick up. I seriously pulled up to the window with the lovely lady handing me my order with the pick up window open, Talk about service! It’s hard to find hardworking people who like their job. She was definitely one of them!...
I don’t dont often leave reviews but I felt I needed to give kudos to this Dunkin team because of the high quality service this team offers. They are friendly and efficient, and always get my order right.
I went there for “Mangonanda” as it was recommended by my friend. Unfortunately they don’t those kind of drink so I had to settle with Donut. I was there before 10 mins of closing and dine in was close so I used drive-through. Staff guy was nice and overall it was good experience except my Mangonanda drink, lol.
