“I had put an order in on the app yesterday for two chicken cantina tacos and when I got to the window they told me my order wasn't there. I looked on my app and it said order received and your order is ready. We couldn't figure out what the problem was and I know they have to go by their protocol and wait for the order to pop in. Needless to say I was tired of waiting a few minutes and just left. As I turned out of the parking lot and waited at the red light, I saw the manager running from the store to my car and he told me that he had made the tacos and sorry for the inconvenience. This is the definition of going above and beyond and was a great display of customer service. Kudos to the manager and their team for making the customer feel appreciated. Keep up the good work.“

“I’ve lived near this place for a good part of life and always get the same order really, but it’s always got nice fresh veggies and all seems to of just got made and hasn’t sat. Never rude worker interactions and it’s quick getting the food out“

“I just had lunch at this Subway. I talked with I believe Lisa about the bread sometimes and that I enjoy coming here but I hate when the bread crumbles. She was absolutely amazing and wonderful and did everything to make me have a great experience. She is awesome. They people there are awesome. “Overall, this is a good restaurant. It was clean and the food and service was good. However, I one complaint prevents it from earning 5 stars. The self order machines did not provide receipts and receipts were not provided if food was ordered using the McDonald app. This is an inconvenience for the business traveler keeping track of expenses.“

Today they made a very difficult situation a little better.
Shout out to the Jeannette DQ! On our way to the a Vet with Max our German Shepard, we noticed that the window was open at our DQ on Rt 130 in Jeannette/Hempfield. We had to pull over to rearrange the seating with the dog in the Explorer. I went up to the window and asked if by chance had any Ice Cream to give our dog. I explained where we were headed and why. The owner said "Hold on 1 Minute". A minute later he came walking around the corner with a dish of Ice Creame for our Max. He asked if he could see him. I opened up the hatch and he gave him the ice creame and petted Max for a few minutes. Can't thank him enough. This little jesture of kindness was huge for us. We were able to give Max one last treat! Thank you so much. I hope this message goes viral and you get paid 1,000 fold. You totally deserve it. Dairy Queen (Treat)“

“In my excitement for sweet tea and chicken strips yesterday, and getting to sit down back at tables in the store, I left my wristlet on the seat by accident. Luckily, this is Chcik Fil A and they have the best staff and people and someone (Nevada I think) found it and they kept it safe for me until I reached out on Facebook and could pick it up today (from Keith, Key? sorry if I got it wrong). Nothing missing, saved me so much stress and concern. Thank you so much for having excellent, honest, trustworthy people working here ♡“
