I'm already a faithful customer But, I recently did a custom order where I asked if they could make their chocolate dipped butter cookies as just butter cookies with sugar. It was something I wanted to try on a hunch I had about my past Christmas memories... Happy Mixer made a cookie that tasted exactly how my dad used to make sugar cookies at Christmas time. I can't thank you enough. I can have those cookies again, and I haven't had cookies like that since I went gluten free. Wonderful!
