I like their coffee and I was a customer in Bristol long time. But at the same time girl which working there was absolutely rude to me not first time because I asked if they can make cappuccino with single shot. Yes, I asked it few times during last 6 month , but it’s not a reason to talk with customers that way. Today I came to ask Jason( nice guy! The best one! Always helpful) a question about some drink and she came over and started talk to me:” I already told you many times that we don’t do single shot”. I said that we talking about another thing and there is no reason to talk to me. It is so unprofessional!

Quaint local coffee shop with excellent coffee and service. Staff were friendly, offered suggestions, and customizations to coffee drinks. The shop is larger inside than it appears from the outside. Plenty of room inside to sit, relax, and enjoy your food/drink. Overall, a great coffee shop that I wish was in my neighborhood.

I visited first time this coffee shop with a giftcard today when was under the name The Coffee Room. It was given to me as I recovered from two replacement surgeries. Unknown to me, the shop had changed names and ownership recently . I was told it should still be good, but apparently not. I had selected a food item, gave my gift card and was turned away saying it wasnt in their system. Honestly, that was bad business. The cost of a single croissant to make a nice gesture would have led me and friends to return there. I would never get a coffee there now. Bad business practice in my professional opinion. Afterall, a senior with a get well gift card was turned away at the counter in front of other customers.

Good shot of espresso is not easily to find. Here I’ve got a remarkably brewed shot of espresso in a glass served on a wooden tray together with a glass of cool sparkling water! You had to see that perfect espresso brewed at the right temperature with amazing coffee beans! There could be the greatest coffee blend but hands of barista make it the experience! Bravo ?
