“Visiting Newtown PA and I was craving a REAL Italian hoagie after moving to VA years ago. Can't get a good one out by us. Ordered the Italian Supreme, a turkey, and a crab cake sub. Finally! A place that makes a meat log Italian sub the way I like. They even had the sweet peppers I like. The crab cake sub was also great with a nice meaty crabcake that had a slightly sweet flavor. I understand the Newtown location is new and getting established. They made a minor mistake with our order and made it right above and beyond. I wish these folks great success so I can come back again. Serious good fresh ingredients and they really know how to make a great hoagie! Love these guys!“

“Curly's is hands down the best place in the area for cheesesteaks, mac and cheese, fries and the only boneless wings I've ever had that I like. Everything is delicious, the portions are FILLING and the staff is very nice. My go-to is the cheesesteak with sweet peppers, onions and mushrooms along with the Italian mac and cheese (spinach and garlic) with a side of stewed tomatoes.“

“This is the best sandwich shop in the Philly area. It’s attached to the Home Depot store n Bustleton ave. It’s hard to believe there isn’t a line out the door. I believe it’s due to the large Ukrainian population in the area.“

“I rarely take time to review, but I really had to for this place. I am from Central North Jersey, and nothing in the northeast Phila area has come close to the quality pizza from home. I would definitely return. I stopped in with my daughter for a quick slice. We got the buffalo chicken and plain. The crust was amazing - not too thin and the perfect amount of crunch. I have to say the buffalo chicken was one of the best I have ever had. Often, places overdo it with the ratios where the slice will be uncooked in some areas or overwhelmed with the chicken. The finely mince the chicken, and it really made all the difference. It was a delicious slice.“
