They were out of food. Place was disgustingly dirty. And to top it off, the staff was rude and completely incompetent. Manager refused to come out and speak to us like a coward. Suffice to say will never go back. Think it's hilarious that every review on the last year has been 1-star and management promises it will be addressed. :-)

DO NOT GO HERE!!! THE WORST CHIPOTLE EVER.. they charged me steak for literally 8 pieces. This chipotle made me never eat chipotle again. sloppy , I came over an hour before closing and they didn’t have any corn cheese or lettuce or chips. And said they would not put any more in. I’ve given this chipotle 3 different chances and they fail every single time with a new way to screw up my order. If I could put 0 stars I would

Ordered 24 hours in advanced for a birthday party catering order. Arrived 45 minutes after supposed pick up time, and they still needed another 20 minutes. Containers not filled as they should be. This is absolutely ridiculous, they need all new management and employees. Everyone was rude and took no ownership for their mistake.

I’ve been to chipotle many times, I was the first ever customer there when it opened! I would say for a chain restaurant, it’s what you expect and a little less…The food and atmosphere itself depends on who is behind the line making the food and the staff working and how much they care about it. On some occasions, I’ve seen staff members completely trash the line, not even bothering to empty the trash, and leaving tables and counters dirty.The main thing I will slam Chipotle for, is their complete ignorance for the behavior of the high school students who come to the chipotle afree school and act like a bunch of monkeys. I have tried to enjoy eating outside and inside several times, but when the high schoolers come in, they act like crazy people: yelling, throwing food, making TikTok videos with people in the background, making fun of people eating… It’s like they do not care if your lunch or dinner is ruined because of it.At the end of the day, if you want to get Chipotle, get Chipotle, but just know what you are getting yourself into.

For a chain, it's always consistent. Portions always plentiful and I've never had to ever wait for meat choices. The grill is always going. They don't deviate much from the basics and that's a good thing. Don't fix it if it's not broke. Place looked clean. Always try the Mexican soda. Only thing that is a negative is the amount of salt in their seasoning. You're always dehydrated 30 mins later and need to guzzle 2 bottles of water to get right

Messy. Counters are messy and floors are dirty. You'd think with 4 of them standing around talking at least one could clean up a bit. The lettuce is a bit soggy and gross. No forks! No forks and they couldn't care less. They could have told me when I ordered a salad that they had no forks so I could have ordered something else. The salad dressing was a mess. It was all over the outside of the container. Greasy fingerprints all over it and some sort of slimy black and green object.

They rarely have veggies made and usually don't offer to get more. This trip not only were they completely out of veggies, but there was a long wait for steak too.
