The girl working at the pickup station did a horrible job preparing my burrito. Instead of spreading the ingredients somewhat evenly, she put all the meat at one end, all the rice in the middle, and all the guacamole at the other end. Every bite was just one ingredient instead of a proper mix. On top of that, the place is absolutely filthy. It's disgusting! The low ratings are definitely well deserved.
This place was SO dirty when I went in. Every table in the restaurant was dirty with old food on them. Every prep area was dirty. There were dirty bowls / used take out bowls behind the register. There was taco toppings all over the area where you checked out. Both the take-out food prep area and the walk-in line prep area was very dirty. Do not go here! I walked in and left.

This place is a sh*t show! Order supposed to ready half hour ago. No one is here. No reason. They are having to throw away orders. I am in line for my take out order lol. CHIPOTLE CORPORATE what’s up?
