Great meal as usual. An observation here and virtually any other fast dining experience, when did we become complacent eating off filthy tables. Do better , not everyone was busy. Clean the tables well. It’s the details that really impress customers.

James and Dan made our visit to Five Guys a real treat. They were super personable, had us laughing, and their service was top-notch. The bathrooms were spotless too, which is always a bonus. We’ll definitely be coming back!

I paid $40 for two hamburgers, a milkshake, and French fries. That's 2/3 of a weeks worth of groceries for an adult and a child, three meals a day. If I would have ordered myself, I would have cancelled immediately.

This is like the 3rd time ordering food that is wrong when I get home 2 burgers almost the same one has no lettuce, tomato or pickles , fries were terrible and the store is not even busy I don’t get it and I am a resturant owner myself so I understand when it’s busy but this is the last time at this 5

If there were 10 stars I would give them. You can never find good service anymore at fast food places, but man Jillian gave the best service I’ve had in a very long time. It was very refreshing walking in and being met with a smile for once. Me and my husband ordered our food and it came out very fast, and it was delicious, and she even asked us how everything was and asked if we needed anything else afterwards! The store was kept very clean, food was amazing, and the service was even better. Thank you Jillian for one of the best food experiences me and my husband have ever had!

Food was great as it is at any five guys but the service was awful. I was completely ignored for the first 5 minutes. Also ordering online was difficult cause I was trying to use gift cards and the system couldn’t seem to grasp that and delivery not available even though I live 5 minutes away. Prices need to be modified—way too expensive.Won’t go back to this location

Food is average. Wait time was okay considering how busy they were. The price however for a hot dog, burger and fries is outrageous. Why is the price so high? I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and paid less for more.
