For my VEGETARIANS AND VEGANS - This Vegan Cafe (Newtown’s First) is an amazing food experience. The smoothies choices are delicious (and healthy which is a great added bonus). Everything looks so fresh and green (no pun intended), and the service is very friendly. Maybe I pick odd times, but every time I go it’s fairly dead in the store. I would swear it’s closed. Their drinks are pretty good but their food is meh. I know that’s just a small option but it takes a whole board. I’m glad they only do one wrap. I was warn carrying it and I wondered why. I’ve carried wraps home before. If it was a door dasher, I would’ve gotten the same mess! It’s unavoidable if not eaten right away. I paid $13 for a wrap. Why doesn’t it come wrap? It’s absurd to purchase this mess.

loved the OG greenstraw so I wanted to give this one a chance too! my smoothie was pretty good but I did see more syrup-esque “flavor additives” than organic, unaltered ingredients behind the counter which was a bummer. the prep areas i could see was pretty dirty as well. i’ll be back for a second try sometime in the future in case today was just an off day. i loved that there was a variety of vegan food options!

Update 2/24: now all vegan under new ownership. Woot! Can get pretty noisy inside (from blenders) so I got take out. ?Yummy lavender smoothie and staff happy to make a modification. Appreciate so many organic and no-sugar added options. They are almost all vegan but do add honey to many items, and I saw bovine collagen as an add-on, so might want to verify first if you’re vegan.I parked on the street out front, but it looked like there was a parking lot in back.

I love the drinks and treats here. In fact from a quality standpoint - the best. Delicious. I am a regular. Time after time, I just find the service increasingly slowwwwwwwwww. Have to plan a 25 minute hit to get a smoothie? No way. I would mark the 5 stars if they could just please optimize on time served. Needs to be less than 5 minute wait for smoothie or going to lose some loyal customers. Was there change in ownership?

The first time I came here I got a smoothie it was really good I watched the girl make my smoothie the second time I came back there was a different lady I got the same smoothie and watched her make it as well she didn’t give me the full serving of fruit?? Which I thought was weird. Literally 1 strawberry in my smoothie. It was watered down and didn’t taste the same at all. Very disappointed.

1st off the staff is extremely friendly and professional. So this is hard to write because of how much I loved Greenstraw when I lived in Newtown. This is the second time I drove back to Newtown for a Greenstraw smoothie. In my opinion the smoothies were by far the best around. However, the past couple of times the smoothies are as thin as water. Very disappointed and I can't justify driving back for these. Very sad!

The ingredients are the difference maker here,The juices, bowls, and food is all locally sourced, the owner who is extremely friendly and knowledgeable told me herself. This is a gem in the Bucks county area, and is a must hit spot for anyone looking to improve their health and do it with delicious, fresh superfoods. I highly recommend everything here
