The Doylestown location is a staple for me and guests I have in town. The service is impeccable when it comes to food-allergies and everything else! The staff are always bright and happy to serve you and help. Clean location. I enjoy eating outside on the patio. Strongly recommend Jules in general, but the Doylestown store has my heart! Thank y’all so much for always making my pizza right ❣️

While the pizza, especially the honey sriracha pie, is amazing for thin crust lovers, the customer service can be inconsistent. Sometimes, salads may be incorrect, and to-go orders may not be ready on time. However, many customers appreciate the staff's hospitality, like the general manager Annelise, who goes the extra mile to ensure orders are fulfilled, even when the restaurant is closing. The friendly staff and comfortable vibe make it a favorite spot for many. For those dining alone or not very hungry, a mini pizza is recommended, as two slices can be quite filling.
