I used to love this place. The food and portion sizes used to be wonderful. The last two times I went I have been disappointed. One time the bowl was missing components. And when I mentioned it, the staff looked in a book and acknowledged that ingredients were left out. The last time I went the portion size is literally halved from the pitaya bowl. Disappointing. I hope these last two experiences were just flukes because I do think the quality of the food is good.
I like the food and drinks and service. The last couple of times I’ve been there were too many bugs flying around. I’d get a good sanitation contract in place. Sorry if there was a suggestions box out I would have dropped this in it vs a review. Do that and I’ll be back again.
The food, service, and overall vibe make this a spot worth returning to. I really appreciated that all food made at the counter can be made to order. I ordered the tofu sandwich as a salad. It was fresh, flavorful and allergy friendly. My drink was also fantastic. The cafe has plenty of seating, fun music and a relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to settle in for a bit.
