Went here yesterday, I got the dinner bento (with beef bulgogi, meat dumplings, white rice, and they mistakenly put the veggie temp. on my dish but corrected my order right away and gave me the side of dynamite shrimp) and WOW! So delicious, I feel my pics don’t do a justice to how amazing it actually was. I tried my friends bao pork belly buns, and Korean fried chicken wings (not pictured) as well but WOW!! EVERYTHING was so delicious!! Will be coming back for sure!!

KO is a Knockout! We have dined here many times and the food is always first-rate. We love the Gopdol in the hot pot with rice and vegetables and some chicken.Service was a little slow on a recent Saturday evening. I guessing a server did not show up. It was fine for us because we were having a good old time eating and talking and, yes, drinking, too.

This place used to be a favorite of mine & it completely went downhill since Covid and it’s a shame. Although I’d love to see a menu change, (its a little boring for Korean cuisine, need more options) the food is really good! Service is a whole other story but I get it! Hope to see this place booming again :)

It's such a shame with so many history, this restaurant will close soon. The greed got the best of the owners, they had all the potentials, but yet then again they poured all the revenue on the new location leaving the management in disaster. All the best staffs are gone, the food doesn't taste the same anymore, everything just downgraded all because of greediness at the wrong time. You just have to learn the hard way.

So we decided to eat here to try out a new location. This was a mistake. I ordered the steamed meat dumplings and dynamite calamari, and my girlfriend ordered the chicken and beef teriyaki. Well, when we were finally able to order, that is. After being seated in a dining room relatively sparse of patrons, we were promptly forgotten about by the wait staff. We didn't even get our water until about 20 minutes in, and then we were left to our own devices yet again. After our waitress finally showed up we were able to place our orders, and then I suppose of anything the food came out in a timely manner. Our waitress neglected to give us utensils though, so I had to get up and ask for them. In any the case, my food was very eh. The dumplings fell apart and had a strange taste about them, and the calamari was just kinda spicy batter, there wasn't a whole lot of squid to them. My girlfriend's teriyaki though just tasted of salt. Like it was salt flavored. The vegetables were not too similar to that which you might find in a school lunch, just baby carrots and broccoli that could have come from those little snack packs. It was practically inedible. And to top it all off, the dining room was nearly completely empty at this point and our waitress genuinely seemed to have forgotten about us electing instead to chat with the others without acknowledging us.The restaurant itself was decorated nicely, but there was this obnoxious reggaeton sounding music playing the whole time. Not really appropriate for a dining atmosphere. Honestly it seems like it caters more to bar goers with its cuisinal selections and music choices. We gave it a fair shake, but we shant be returning. We have our spots we frequent and this one won't be added to the list.

Everything was fabulous! I'm not a chicken wing fan, but I love the KFC Yuzo salt & pepper wings. The Dynamite Calamari is addictive. The corn fritters are fun. The shrimp and scallop teriyaki was so flavorful. The service was great.

Parking: Plenty of parking in front of the restaurant.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free menu items are clearly labeled and includes most of the menu.

Was visiting my family in the area and we decided to walk-in at 8 pm on a Saturday night to a fairly packed restaurant. The 6 of us were seated within 10 mins and we got straight to ordering some small plates which included Dok Bok Ki, Japchae, KO Bao Buns (Pork), and Spicy Crispy Rice Cake. Appetizers were really delicious and set the expectations high for mains.I got the Gopdol BBB (Mushroom) - which was good at best. I was expecting some serious punch in the taste and spice level which wasn't there, but overall was still an enjoyable dish.Service was good, food arrived within 25 minutes of ordering and noise levels a little on the higher end, thanks to an absolutely loud table in the restaurant who were either a few extra drinks down or were just inconsiderate! Will definitely visit again and try out a few other dishes in search of that extra flavor!

I recently had an absolutely awful experience with this restaurant that left me feeling completely disappointed and frustrated. I placed an order through DoorDash and unfortunately, they forgot one of the items I had ordered. When I contacted the restaurant to ask if I could come pick up the missing item, they told me that I would have to pay for it again or order through DoorDash, which would incur additional fees. I was already annoyed that my order was incomplete, but to be told that I had to pay extra just to get what I had originally ordered was ridiculous. When I asked to speak with a manager about the situation, the person I spoke to, who claimed to be the manager, turned out to be a teenager who clearly had no idea how to handle customer service. They were unhelpful and seemed completely disinterested in resolving the issue. I was shocked that a restaurant would let someone who was so unprofessional and unprepared to handle customer complaints be in a managerial position.Despite my repeated requests, they refused to remake the order for me unless I paid for it again. This was absolutely unacceptable and left me feeling incredibly frustrated and disappointed. I had been a loyal customer, ordering from this restaurant every month for several months but after this experience, I will never order from them again. The terrible customer service, lack of concern for their customers, and refusal to make things right have left me with a terrible impression of this restaurant. I would strongly recommend that others avoid ordering from them and find a better restaurant that actually cares about their customers. To add insult to injury, it was clear that the restaurant has been understaffed since the pandemic which was evident not only in their lack of response to my missing item, but also in their service inside the store. On previous occasions when I had eaten there I noticed that the service was getting worse and worse. It took a long time for my food to be prepared, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. It's understandable that many businesses have faced challenges during the pandemic, but it's no excuse for such poor service and disregard for their customers. It's clear that this restaurant has not made an effort to adapt to the new circumstances and prioritize customer satisfaction. As a result, they have lost a loyal customer and I would caution anyone else against giving them their business.

Consistently great food and service. The young folks working there are attentive and friendly. Very similar to Oishi (same owners probably), but that’s not a bad thing. Go order some Gopdol and enjoy!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at KO Modern Korean Cuisine and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. Their happy hour deals were a great value and the cocktails were different, interesting, and well-made. The fast service made for a great dining experience. The tempura-breaded wings were crispy and absolutely delicious, and the dynamite shrimp was an explosion of flavor in every bite. The fried rice was flavorful, aromatic, and incredibly fresh. The Ramen broth had a perfect balance of richness and spice. But what truly stood out was the service - Ashley, our server, had a joyful energy that added to our meal and made us feel twice fortunate to have her as our server. Overall, KO Modern Korean Cuisine is a must-visit for anyone looking for delicious Korean cuisine and excellent service.

Let me start by saying that the food is always delicious! I know that businesses are struggling to properly staff their businesses, I get it I'm a business owner... But these guys have been hit hard, no sushi and D+ at best of the service. I still give them 4 stars, as I know they are trying their best.

Went to this restaurant last night. It was the last time. I can predict they are going out of business as 3 other restaurants have already closed in that mall. We ordered sushi only to find out they no longer offer it. Then we asked for their specialty salads on the menu only to find out they're not offering them. Shrimp tempura we were told they don't offer that either. We ordered Galbi which was awful and bokchoi which tasted liked they had dumped a salt shaker on it. We paid the bill and left. We're never coming back.

After being seated for 30mins, nobody came to wait us until we asked for a waiter and still nobody showed up to take an order.Would recommend not to pick this place if you're expecting even a bare minimum restaurant service. Highly disappointedWould recommend to choose Mt.Fuji near this location instead
