My friends and I meet at Starbucks weekly. The Newtown store is historically very cold. When we requested they turn the air conditioning down, they refused. They also refused to provide refills of drinks while we were in the store. The staff is rude and argue when they get drinks wrong, which they frequently do. If you want Starbucks, go to a different store!
Freezing cold and they refuse to turn the air to a more reasonable temp in spite of MULTIPLE people asking. They mess up my drink more often than not, argue with me when I ask to have it fixed, and tonight they refused to refill my green tea lemonade, which I have ALWAYS gotten refills on here for 50 cents. They have THE RUDEST employees here.
