The other day when we came in it was pretty busy so we didn’t get to talk with her like usual but Avery still took the time to come and give my granddaughter a sticker and ask about her day. 50% of the time my black and white mocha latte is made wrong. i hate to be that guy but I have started to ask them to remake it because it’s 6
bucks and they go and make it wrong again. It’s only when certain barista‘s are on but it is many of them. It’s been going on for a couple of months now.
I even ask them now, are there 4 shots of mocha and 4 shots of white mocha in this? They say yep! I sip it, and it’s terrible. I know it’s gonna be bad if I don’t see one of the 3 people working that make it good. I don’t know if it’s bad half or quarter pumps or if someone made the mocha sauce wrong to begin with.
Today I finally called regional to try and spark a retrain for them. I go here every single day and 1 out of 2 lattes are bad. I love this location because of the charm on state street but you guys have to fix this. Can’t keep paying up for premium coffee and getting a terrible drink.
I will update this review if it gets fixed.
UPDATE: seems like it’s been fixed. We’re 4 for 4 so far. 👍🏻 I’ll give an additional star for each righr drink from here on out.
