Fresh delicious food every time. The octopus, Bolognese, salmon and garlic Cesar are among our favorites!

Loved the location and building. Interior very nice. Bartender amazing. The music for such an upscale restaurant was all over the place. How about a little Frank Sentra or Michael Buble? Outside, go for the crowd! Everyone dining in our room was at least in their 50s. Service was very good. I ordered a Filet and wanted to compare it to many other restaurants we have eaten at. This Filet was sliced thin and played on mashed potatoes. Not at all what I expected. It was not bad but definitely not for the price of a Filet Mignon. I also ordered Asparagus. I had a hard time even cutting these with their Not Sharp knife. The girlfriend ordered a chicken sandwich. What a mess. She ended up having to take it off our bill. The lighting above our table was blinding! I spoke to the owners mom, Mary and wish all the best for her. We are always looking for go-to restaurants and pray for The Grey Stone to succeed. We were so excited about this restaurant but unfortunately can not add them to our top ten. Just an addition; their salad wedge was exceptional. One of the best I have ever Seen.

Sadly, this place needs an update to their menu. They try to present a "gourmet" presentation and seem to not understand that adding a multitude of ingredients makes for a wonderful mix of taste. Had the crab cakes that were smothered in sauce that was supposed to be a shrimp sauce that was inedible. Sent it back to remove the sauce. Crab cakes were not lump crab, buy frozen Phillip's and you'll be much happier. Sent that back too. Settled on arancini appetizer for dinner which was ok except for dipping sauces. Dining partner only could find smash burger to order. Caesar salad is not what you will expect at all. Cocktails are light on the liquor. Service was good, not paced properly and the server was more like a Applebees level server although very nice. Space is beautiful and the owner came over to introduce herself, and was very nice. She asked about difficulties with food. Chef brought out replacement crab cakes and just basically threw them at me. Would return in the summer to eat outside because the patio is beautiful and order chicken sandwiches!

The credit card surcharge is ridiculous with the already huge markup on the menu items. You are doing yourselves a disservice being petty being an upscale restaurant. Just bury the cost in the menu. Other than that, the place is nice.

Rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience at this restaurant, which was unfortunately disappointing. While our waitress was exceptionally sweet and did her best to make us feel welcome, the rest of the experience left much to be desired. We waited almost an hour for our food, which seemed to be delayed due to a larger party that arrived shortly after placing our order. When our meals finally did arrive, the quality was underwhelming to say the least. The food was barely edible, and to dismay of our group a drink had to be sent back because it was undrinkable- even the staff acknowledged that the bartender hadn't prepared it correctly.Adding insult to injury, a cheesesteak, ironically, came without any cheese. A salad just was decorated with pepper and a few tomatoes. Overall, the food quality was well below average considering the restaurant could be described as empty. Another concern was the safety hazard presented by clipboards left carelessly on the stairs, which the greeting staff seemed to ignore completely. This was, without a doubt, the worst restaurant experience I've ever had, and it's unfortunate because the service from our waitress was the only positive aspect of our visit.

I have eaten here many times. This experience was by far the worst. Two hours to get us through a simple dinner for 4. My lamb was cold and way overdone. Lots of time sitting around waiting. Very disappointing.

Lovely place, delicious food, very accommodating with food allergies, lovely, friendly host! I have come here several times and am always impressed with the food and overall! I have had the crabcakes here, which were by far the best I have had anywhere, and now tried the new smashburger, which was fantastic, and came with a side of gluten free fries, and they even had a gluten free bun!

From start to finish an outstanding experience. The room was stunning. (Great design) The food ...from the appetizers to main courses and deserts.... All perfect! Normally I am always disappointed with the Black Forest desert but this one was home made and delicious ! Moist and creamy no flavor added, perfect like in Europe! Last but not least...they check regularly on you and you feel pampered but not overwhelmed! It was a perfect place to celebrate!

It was the best time we have had out to dinner in a while. The service surpasses every other we have been to in a long time. Everyone was so nice and very concerned that we were happy. The owner stopped by to ask if we were satisfied with everything. They specially prepared the salmon for me because the sauce had chicken stock and I am pescatarian . No problem for them! It was so nice they asked and they were honest about it. My husband the filet and said it was delicious and very tender. Enjoyed the whole evening! We will definitely be back!!

About 6 weeks ago, We had a meal that was not so good, but what impressed me most was a personal follow-up call from the restaurant management team. This is huge effort and kudos to the team for putting customers first. We went back on Saturday 2/24, and the meals were superb. Nicely done Team Grey Stone. Doug M.

Don’t mean to be a debbie-downer because the service, atmosphere and staff, were all GREAT! The food was extremely mediocre for such a high price point. They are very close to being upper echelon but just not quite there yet. Which probably explains was it was close to being dead on a Friday night. Me & my girlfriend were not satisfied with either of our meals…Calamari was desperately lacking flavor. My Louisiana chicken sandwich was 80% bread which was very odd. My girlfriend got the smash burger which was a wet mess, which also was unpleasant. The cornbread had a distinctive taste that threw us off. All in all, with the right cooks/chef, I think this place has the potential to be excellent. If I give them another chance, I will try the outside dining area which seems to intrigue many others. Left this review NOT to bash their business but to give constructive criticism. I will edit my review if I happen to try them again.Parking: Free valet
