YOU HAVE TO TRY THE SHAWARMA!!! Period, absolutely delish! The white sauce they put on the food is to die for- the hot sauce is hot as fire ?. I enjoyed the rice and great vegetables ( lettuce, tomato, onion ) Veggies were not soggy, very crisp! Worth the drive any time! They should create a signature drink/juice just like the signature Halal Guys white sauce and hot sauce. They have made the world a better place with this delicious food!

Let me start by saying I love the food at The Halal Guys so much that I ate there pretty much 4/4 nights a week for a year straight after work before trimming it back. I've never done that with any other restaurant. The gentleman I spoke to leaving the restaurant the other night said he drove 40 minutes to come enjoy the food.
All of the food is very fresh. They are always cooking fresh chicken and beef. All the veggies are a great addition to the platter along with the fresh rice that is always being replenished. The hummus is very good and when you add the chili based hot sauce and mix it up, it's heaven. For those who can't handle the heat, there's their very popular "white sauce". King of Prussia is always very busy.
Please do not let "Bobby Bobby" deter you from going to The Halal guys. He clearly doesn't understand the restaurant business......no crime. Look at his bowl. It has chicken and rice ONLY. Evidently he thinks since he is afraid of eating veggies that the rest of his bowl should be filled with extra meat. Sorry Bobby Bobby; that is not how any restaurant works. This place gives a ton of food. I rarely finish my small bowl and have never ordered a large one.
In this business you could have the best product and location but take away top notch customer service and a highly dedicated GM/owner and get ready for your "Grand Closing".
Caesar has been the GM at KOP for years now and I've never seen him have a bad day. He always has a smile on his face and treats all of his customers with the utmost respect. His customer service is exceptional. This is extremely rare. How do I know this? 35 years in the restaurant industry. Hail Caesar!!

It was my first time at this store and location, and I was very impressed. I am glad I came in to check it out. The staff was nice, helpful and friendly. Alvin was great, he explained he is the new general manager and Im glad he is here. Overall the food and service was great. I’m looking forward to ordering at this location again.

nothing like the halal cart guys. So many preservatives and salt got a major headache after eating. Would rather buy a train ticket to NYC than come here again

Fantastic food and excellent service from Javier who was kind, professional, and very helpful in explaining the different sauces available and how hot they are. The managers Alvin, Celeste, and Z the former manager do a great job as far as quality and customer experience.
The people working here are always really nice. I've probably been here 6 or 7 times and have never had a bad experience. It's way better than regular fast food and the price is worth it for the amount of food.
