I will start by saying, the ice cream cakes are AMAZING! So amazing, that it has taken 3 strikes for me to finally say "I'll never purchase another thing from here"
The lack of customer service and friendliness outweighs how much we enjoy the ice cream cake.... which has been a tradition for us for over 8 yrs.
My final strike was last week, when I went to pick up a cake I ordered. I walked in to find 2 girls working. As I stood by the register, they both looked at me, never saying a word. After 2 minutes, I said "excuse me"..... one of the girls raised her head looking towards me but saying NOTHING! I then said can I take my cake, as I walked towards the fridge. She asked "is it paid for" I responded "yes" and took my cake. I find that rude and unprofessional.
I could go on but enough is enough! Good luck.

Drove 25 minutes to get vegan ice cream as advertised and did not have it :(
I’ve never seen more obnoxious, clueless, arrogant workers than this place. What they are getting paid for I’m not sure, but if you want to be sure you are ignored while their buddies come in after you and get free stuff, then don’t miss out on a visit. If you are going to charge $9 for a cone, it might be a good idea to invest in workers who couldn’t be worse. Never again. Avoid!

i like their ice creams! not the cheapest but i can take to small cup few flavors and i like that! normally people not understand how i can't eat 1 scoop and just one flavor in that scoop! ??♀️boring!! -there i dont see rolling eyes and i don't feel like im committing crime bc i want 3 different flavors in one scoop, actually they even asking you did you want mix flavors ?? well but milk shakes lil to expensive- its ok i like ice cream's better anyway?? i hope we will see some different interesting flavors soon !

Wanted to surprise my wife who asked for an ice cream date. So traveled about 40 mins and this spot was so WORTH it!!!!! Did not disappoint whatsoever, we each got 2 scoops of different flavors and both of us enjoyed our treats very much. The ice cream is rich and smooth, flavors are deep and creative. Hers were vanilla peanut butter and chocolate, I tried their gold medal ribbon and chocolate moose tracks so effing good. Seriously you have to go if you never have been, treat yo self on a nice summer night!
