Classic American breakfast, they only open fo breakfast and brunch hour. I was pretty surprised that they have avocado omelette! Food and service were both decent, better than the chain breakfast spots.
Housed in an aging free standing building for the past 20 years, City Restaurant is named for The Big Apple, although it looks far more like the roadside diner it really is. But, don't let appearances fool you, the kitchen turns out very good morning and afternoon repasts, well worth your investigation. Food is always good. Parking is tricky,depending on time you go. Sorry to see this place will be closing. Hopefully they will find a new location and continue their good food and friendly people.
