“Sorry I didn't have any food. But a great little corner bar. Old time stuff. Just a place to go in and have a couple drinks. And pick up on the occasional conversation, which can get very interesting. Great bartender will make what you ask him to.
Please do not pass on good information about this place. I don't want anybody else finding out about it.
If you're lucky you can run into the psychologist that I ran into, and get a session for the price of a couple drinks.

Parking: The later in the evening the better. Meters on both sides of the street. Went at 10:00 p.m. had the whole street to myself.“

“Loved my first show at The Nail. Coming from a VFW/Fire hall DIY metal scene The Nail has that nostalgic feel in a dive bar with amazing, kind staff, good bar food & its small enough I was basically on stage at my table while watching The Last of Lucy & Pathogenic bands I never expected to see that up close & personal. Chris the guy running the show/managing the venue was super friendly & helpful & made me feel at home after driving 2 hours from Lancaster. Definitely coming back asap! 🙏🏾🤘🏾“

“Castle Roxx is my go to stop. Every time I come I have a great experience. All of the bar tenders always are amazing and work so hard to make my experience the best in Manayunk. Eric and Vinny are two of my favorite bar tenders. They make even the slowest nights the most fun. I normally come during the week, as opposed to the weekends, and I never regret it.“
