I've lived in Norristown 7 years and finally tried the Halal Truck. I ordered the chicken over rice with white sauce and mint chutney. It was amazing! Very flavorful and filling. Will definitely be back for the falafel and shrimp.

The food is really good but the service is Hit or Miss depending on the mood of the chefs. They rush you when you're ordering and then if there's a mistake on the order they will blame you even though they're not writing down notes on the meal that you ordered and so the quality of the customer service is three stars worthy. Other days is four to five star worthy when you're not waiting too long.

This is the place to go for your Halal fix! Pop, and the boys bring the quality all the way from their native Egypt to the corner in front of the Norristown Court House. Falafel is bangin', love the mixed chicken and Lamb over rice with salad. Not a bad wait, but you can call ahead. Been a regular aince pre-pandemic. White sauce a must, spicy is SPICY so proceed with caution...lol
