I am writing to file a complaint regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your restaurant. I am a regular customer, and unfortunately, the service I experienced this time was extremely disappointing.
I ordered three pieces of chicken, and one of them was overcooked, very dry, and of unacceptable quality. When I brought this to the attention of the manager on duty, Ms. Paula, she initially refused to replace it, claiming that because I had already “tried it,” she could not change it. I only opened the piece so she could see how dry and inedible it was.
After some discussion, she eventually replaced it, but she told me that the branch manager Fawad refuses any replacement of chicken once it is served, even if the quality is poor. This policy is unreasonable and shows a lack of respect for customers.
I would like to file a complaint against both the branch manager Fawad and the head chef for poor management, unprofessional behavior, and failure to maintain proper food quality standards. This experience does not reflect the service I expect from your company, especially as a loyal customer.
I hope this issue will be taken seriously, and I kindly request appropriate action to ensure this does not happen again.

When ordering online you have the option to customize quantities of pcs. This is great as my kids really prefer drumsticks over breastfeeding or thighs... However only to have my selections ignored on not one but 2 orders on 2 different occasions- what's the point in customizing if they just offer the selections they want?

1 how are you gonna sell me a meal when all you have is diet or zero sugar 2 there wasn't nearly enough sauce on the sandwich.

Be prepared for your online order to be wrong. Happened three times in a row, so I won't be coming back.
