“We have a home in Ripley NY but we live in Ohio. This is our stop on our way back home. It never fails, the bathroom is dirty and the staff inside is completely disinterested in helping you. I stood at the counter because I didn't want to order at the kiosk and literally everyone ignored me. I even asked a person waiting for their food, if the could see me because I thought maybe I was dead!!! They literally would not help me! We ended up leaving and stopped at the McDonald's by Presque Isle Downs. I am not old. I use kiosks all the time. Im not a jerky kind of person. I just didn't want to use the kiosk because I didn't have my credit card and I only had cash. I'm sure we will stop here again on our way home but its definitely not the good part of our journey!“
