“Haven’t had Krispy Kreme in probably 20 years- ours closed forever ago and didn’t go to it.Was out of town and remembered there was one in Erie so I really wanted to have it… having vague memories of how awesome it was.I went a bit later and went through drive thru. Staff apologized and said it would be a minute which was fine, I got to look at the menu and wasn’t in a hurry. When she returned she was so polite and apologetic which wasn’t necessary- I work retail and understand how it goes. No worries! Ordered two original glazed. I got to the window and was given them and she refused to accept payment and told me to have a good night.I hope this doesn’t get anyone in trouble and I’m uncertain of your policies. Maybe because it was nearing close and the wait? Either way, she was so kind and not because of the free product. Honestly, it was enough to make an impression and I plan to return before I leave town to pick up something for my staff at my store as well as parents so it definitely generated more business.Thank you so much for the attentiveness to customer service and staffing folks with such great manners and skills. It’s hard to come by these days it seems so it means a lot to see!!!“
“My husband & I have been eating dinner on a Saturday night at this location since they opened. Staff is wonderful we have made a few friends along the way. Food is not always consistent. I only get 2 different meals & sometimes it's good and sometimes it's done wrong even though I state clearly what I want. Overlooking that, we have been fairly happy with the meals. Since they reopened Saturday evenings we just went back last night. Unfortunately, our bill was 15% higher than before. Our bill was 7$ higher than our average bills a few months ago. We can go many other places for that price instead of a cafe'. Really disappointed in the new prices.“
“I always enjoy coming to this Starbucks since I work right near this location and usually I come in here before work to get some coffee, the staff is always very kind to me and you get to know them after coming in a lot, the inside is also always nice and clean and you feel very comfortable being inside, definitely my favorite Starbucks location in Erie!“
“I used to walk down here almost every day when I lived in Waterford five years ago. Since then, they have expanded so much from the small coffee shop in the plaza and it is amazing to see! I live in Erie but it is worth the drive. The coffee is amazing, as it always has been.They’ve added lots of food choices. The pizza bagel was really good and I love the breakfast sandwiches too. But the cinnamon roll I had today was honestly the BEST I’ve ever had! I got it to take home but tried a bite and ended up eating it right away. Support this local business! Great people and great coffee & food!“
