“I was at the Vernon Place location on 10/7/25 and got a coffee and breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was not hot and the English muffin wasn't toasted and tasted stale. It was TERRIBLE! The 2 workers were leaning on the counter and playing on their phones. I called the downtown location and was told by the gentleman that answered that he has never been to the Vernon Place location and didn't know anything about them. But you work at the downtown location right? He basically didn't care that I had bad food and offered nothing at the downtown location does not make these sandwiches nor did he care. sad. will not be back to either location“

“I stopped frequenting Tim Hortons as much because the iced coffees were becoming increasingly inconsistent no matter how I ordered. Sometimes undrinkable because it was almost no coffee and just like iced cream water. Then one day I stopped out of necessity for being short on time and I met Luci who was working. It was one of the best iced coffees I had from Tim Horton's (ever). So made it a point to stop a few more times a month or sometimes a few times a week (it depends on my family's schedule). And every time Luci works my coffees are always consistently amazing. Thanks Luci!!“

“I love this place and Lexus always gives amazing recommendations and my drinks just taste better when she makes them even though they aren't different. Ive seen her run all over and work her butt off. Always want to give her praise. However the last time I was there it seemed as though things were said to her to upset her visibly by other employees or managers or something which honestly makes me not want to support them. How can you treat so many peoples favorite employee (just looking at these reviews) that way. Lexus we love you - your fan girls.....thanks for all the recommendations girl!“
