“The people were incredibly nice. Worker Becky was so sweet us! She was so caring for us as a big group that spontaneously came in and provided great service for all of us — Honestly the nicest McDonald’s worker I’ve ever met. This woman loves her job and it shows in her service. What a beautifully kind soul. We love BECKY!!“

“Tucked away in the heart of Franklin, Iron Furnace is a hidden gem that has great coffee and great people. Their coffee game is on point, with beans carefully chosen and brewed by these wizards behind the counter. The food is top-notch too, this is truly the best place to wake up and start the day. The place just oozes warmth, and the friendly crew makes Iron Furnace more than just a coffee spot – it's like a cozy hangout where you can soak up the local community spirit along with your caffeine hit.“

“Longer than normal wait for my order at the drive thru. All I ordered was a #1 Big Mac meal deal: Big Mac, medium fries, and drink. They weren't even busy, to cause such a delay. Seemed to be a lot horse playing going on. I was younger once too. At least she said that she was sorry for the long wait. The food was fine though. lol! It's getting pretty expensive to even go to McDonald's to eat... Inflation is everywhere and everything. It's all good! God Bless America, the land that I LOVE...“

“I absolutely love this place! Best coffee in the county, the scones are to die for, and don't even get me started on breakfast sandwiches or lunch. Just visit the place and see for yourself. I love that is is conviently close to the bike trail.Kid-friendliness: I have been taking my daughter since they opened. She is 2 and enjoys going to see everyone and eat a scone. They have a kids drink menu and the bakery case is perfect for little hands. We enjoy hot chocolate with whipped cream and a shot of peppermint or we go for a steam engine. They are the perfect temperature as to not burn little lips.“
