McDonald's is all over the country, so all I can do is comment about the quality of this one in Franklin. They're great. They're fast, polite, everything is as fresh as can be. Never a bad experience
It was okay. I just hate being treated like I'm bothering you when I order or ask for something. I don't go there often but it's usually the same awful every time anyway.

Unbelievably slow service. Idk if they cut down the staff or what. But I went thru the drive in and since they have two kiosks I pulled up and the lady behind me got to order before me after the lady in the building said hold on one second sir. Then took the lady behind me. Then I ordered a large number 7 with diet Coke and asked me if I wanted anything else? No and she said that will be 25.17. I had to explain no. They said they fixed it.
